About Jeremy
Jeremy Fong, CPA (British Columbia), is the Founder and Principal of Fong Advisory Services Ltd., an accounting and fractional CFO firm serving Canada's junior mining and exploration sector. The firm is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, and works with issuers across Canada.
Before founding the firm, Jeremy was Manager and then Senior Manager of Advisory Services at Invictus Accounting Group LLP, leading financial reporting and corporate finance mandates for publicly listed issuers. Earlier in his career, he articled at BDO in Vancouver, then spent time with The Siegfried Group, before joining Tyson Foods as Senior Internal Auditor.
His specialty is IFRS financial reporting, flow-through financings, and continuous disclosure for exploration-stage issuers — and he personally reviews every file before it reaches auditors, boards, or regulators.
